SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Monday through Friday
- Some Flexibility Offered
- Some Phone Triage Evenings / Weekends


COMPENSATION:
- $90,000 to $115,000 Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new Clinical Program Director will serve as an integral part of the leadership team providing quality, compassionate care to patients suffering from drug and alcohol addiction in a residential facility setting.

Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- supervise all aspects of clinical care
- supervise case management, inpatient / outpatient treatment, and pastoral care
- supervise counseling staff
- provide ongoing performance feedback, leadership, and mentoring
- oversee lecture series and Alcoholics Anonymous orientation / education
- lead performance improvement activities inclusive of clinical services
- collaborate with facility management to identify and implement improvement activities
- assist with the annual budget to ensure financial goals are being achieved
- communicate areas of concern to facility leadership as needed
- perform public relations activities and ensure facility is highly respected by referral services
- work with the advisory board to promote the availability of treatment services

This position will supervise fewer than 10 direct reports and holds overall responsibility for the daily clinical functions of the facility.

All patients are adults.  The facility uses the Sunwave EHR system.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree, relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
- licensed counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or therapist (LADC, LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP)
- independent licensure to diagnose and treat substance abuse disorder
- 5+ years case management experience
- 5+ years work experience in a residential setting
- 2+ years leadership experience
